This is all very informative and interesting. As an enrolled nurse looking for a career change i have actually found it very hard to get some of the jobs you mentioned. Most practised that is looked into want registered nurses as practise managers. Them they want someone with years of experience.
How do we get new jobs when people are not willing to train us, and we don’t have the experience? It drives me crazy.
    But thank you for this.

      Hi Tracey,

      Thank you for your comment.

To be working as a Practice Manager, most employers will require you to have a nationally recognised qualification, such as the Diploma of Practice Management, or at least three years of current practice management experience. Fortunately, we can help kick-start your career in practice management!

There are many career choices for qualified practice managers and TalentMed helps you the entire way through this process. Once you complete the course, your accredited qualification is recognised by the industry and employers nationwide.
