Hi, I am an ex nurse of 40 years. Nurse educator and ICU experience. For medical transcription, do I need to do any further training? I feel like I would have a pretty good handle on it already but just checking!
Thank you for any help you can provide!

      Hi Kerrie,

Thank you for your comment. It’s great to hear that you have experience as a Nurse!

Most employers will require you to have a nationally recognised qualification, such as the Diploma of Healthcare Documentation. However, we have a number of students with similar nursing experience to you and they have been able to fast-track their studies to complete the course in a shorter time frame.

If you would like to find out more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 03 9937 1599 or email enrol@talentmed.edu.au.
